Stefano is a Senior Technical Expert and Environmental Engineer, serving as Project Manager for several EU-funded projects. He has extensive experience in both national and international initiatives, with strong expertise in data collection and analysis, feasibility studies, as well as resource and market assessments.
He is highly experienced in all phases of project management, from proposal development through to project completion. His skills include planning, prioritising, managing, and documenting tasks throughout the project lifecycle. He oversees the monitoring of task progress, resource allocation, costs, and budget management to assess performance, produce progress reports, and implement corrective actions when needed. He also organises and facilitates meetings with key stakeholders, working closely with project teams to ensure timely decision-making and effective communication at all levels.
Stefano has been a member of the EUBCE organising team since 2005 and is responsible for the implementation of the conference’s scientific and technical programmes.
