In my activity as a promoter and supporter of advanced green technologies, one of my high moments was making Giuliano’s acquaintance and thus having the opportunity to work with a visionary scientist, a gentleman, and a generous person.  Always flying high in his scientific approach, Giuliano’s mind could see with enviable clarity the potential of both large and small plans and how they can affect the planet and social life.  I think that no project of Giuliano’s better embodies these qualities than the “Sustainable Eco Village” (SEV), a multifunctional, bioenergy, rural complex with the objective of providing an advanced and sustainable solution for the underdeveloped rural regions of the world and the containment of the migration phenomenon.
