• Startup Status: Applicants must demonstrate their status as a startup (e.g., date of incorporation within the last 5 years).
• Innovation Focus: The core business or project must be directly related to biomass, bioenergy, or circular economy solutions.
• Scale-up Stage: Priority will be given to companies currently in the R&D or early market entry phase.
