The LIFE-COMP0LIVE Project is focused on the valorization of the pruning waste from the olive oil industry to produce a new generation of natural fiber-reinforced biocomposites for industrial applications. It highlights a double environmental benefit through:
• Avoiding the burning of the olive tree pruning residues.
• Substituting fossil-based raw materials in the automotive and furniture sectors.
