BRISK2 is the Biofuels Research Infrastructure for Sharing Knowledge. Funded by Horizon 2020, the project provides Transnational Access, enabling biofuels researchers to utilise the unique facilities and expertise of 15 leading research organisations across Europe. Support with travel and accommodation is also available. A series of open BRISK2 Summer Schools and Workshops is also underway to provide researchers from industry and academia with a firm understanding of biomass conversion processes. BRISK2 partners are also collaborating on Joint Research Activities, including innovative biorefining approaches for sustainable bio-based products and integrated multi-scale characterisation of new feedstocks.
