2. How to deliver/submit your presentation

3. How to upload video and / or poster files
Plenary / Oral presentations: Presenters are requested to upload their videos.
Mini-orals with poster-Presentations: Presenters are requested to upload their posters and videos.
Poster and video files must be uploaded online between 8th and 22nd April 2021 to the EUBCE platform at https://virtual.eubce.com by following the instructions available below.
4. How to prepare your paper for publication in the Conference Proceedings
The Instructions below (for download) include important information on how to prepare and submit your paper. Please read the notes carefully and follow them precisely. Your paper must be written in English. The layout of your paper should be exactly the same as the master (Template) document “Instructions for Preparation of Papers” below.
To write your paper, save the document with a new name (use your session code as the name for the document) and use it as a guide and template. Substitute the text with the text of your paper without changing the layout.
Do not change font type and size, line spacing, page margins and the structure of this document. Do not insert page numbers and page headers/footers. Ignoring these instructions might cause problems and delays in the publication of the Conference Proceedings.
5. How to submit your paper for publication in the Conference Proceedings
Your original paper must be submitted online before 29 April 2021 to your user area (“Paper delivery” section).
Only corresponding authors of each submission may upload final papers. This means that the corresponding author is the only author from each paper that is able to complete the submission (as is the case for abstract submission). If the paper is not made available during this period, your paper cannot be published in the Conference Proceedings.
The document must be submitted in both Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat PDF formats.
To upload the paper just follow the step-by-step procedures provided in the user area (“Paper delivery” section) and complete the mandatory electronic Copyright Transfer Agreement as one of the steps of the online submission. The Copyright Transfer Agreement is compulsory and can only be carried out electronically. During the submission of your paper, you will be taken automatically to the EUBCE electronic copyright form. Your paper submission will not be complete and therefore cannot be published without the electronic copyright submission.
6. Do you want your presentation/poster published in the conference proceedings?
In addition to the papers, the EUBCE Conference Proceedings contain the slides of plenary, oral presentations and posters of visual presentations in PDF. If you wish to publish your presentation or poster in the Conference Proceedings, please submit them online before 29 April 2021 to your user area(“Paper delivery” section) and complete the mandatory electronic Copyright Transfer Agreement as one of the steps of the online submission. The Copyright Transfer Agreement is compulsory and can only be carried out electronically. During the submission of your presentation, you will be taken automatically to the EUBCE electronic copyright form. Your presentation submission will not be complete and therefore cannot be published without the electronic copyright submission.
Note for oral and plenary presentations: Kindly note that delivering your presentation in the conference does not imply publishing the slides in the conference proceedings. If you wish to have your slide presentation published in the EUBCE Conference Proceedings, it has to be delivered in .pdf or .ppt version in the user area (“Paper delivery” section).
Note for visual presentations: Kindly note that uploading your poster for displaying in the virtual conference does not imply publishing it in the conference proceedings. If you wish to have your poster published in the EUBCE Conference Proceedings, it has to be delivered in .pdf version in the user area (“Paper delivery” section).
7. Registration of Presenters
Presenters must register for the Conference and pay the respective conference registration fee. Please note that acceptance of your abstract for presentation in the Conference Programme, does not automatically register you for the Conference.
Papers can only be published in the Conference proceedings if they were presented during the conference and at least one of the authors (presenter) is duly registered.
