All authors of Plenary, Oral and Visual presentations registered for the Conference and presenting their contributions in the allotted sessions can include their contributions in the Proceedings of the Conference, submitting a full paper and/or the complementary files of their presentations (slides of presentation file for Plenary and Oral Presentations, poster file for Visual Presentations).
The Instructions below (for download) include important information on how to prepare and submit your papers. Please read the notes carefully, and follow them precisely.
The layout of your paper should be exactly the same as the master document “Instructions for Preparation of Papers” below.
To write your paper, save the document with a new name (use your session code as new name for the document) and follow it as a guide and template. Replace the text with the text of your paper without changing the layout. Your paper must be written in English.
Do not change font type and size, line spacing, page margins and the structure of this document. Do not insert page numbers and page headers/footers. Ignoring these instructions might cause problems and delays in the publication of the Conference Proceedings.
