During this event, ENEA’s initiative on Agrivoltaics will be presented and framed into the national context. Experts and stakeholders will address the main critical questions on this crucial topic. Among the speakers, AIAPP (the Italian Association for Architecture and Landscape), Legambiente, Italiasolare and Confagricoltura will address the interactions between agrivoltaic installations and the landscape. Rem Tec and the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore will showcase Italian experiences and good practices from existing agrivoltaic projects. The closing session will introduce the ENEA task force on sustainable Agrivoltaics and the online platform of the national network, developed by ETA – Florence Renewable Energies.

The objective of the platform is to support the evolution of know-how and to promote good practices in the diffusion of sustainable agrivoltaic systems. The platform will provide guidelines to support decision makers, as well as methodologies for impact assessments. In this context, the aim is to establish and coordinate the national network of sustainable agrivoltaics, which gathers multiple stakeholders in order to provide answers to the most significant questions that surrounds the deployment of agrivoltaic systems in Italy.
