European Policy makers rate the EUBCE of being highly relevant for the current European political agenda. Economic Recovery and Climate policy are both top priorities for them, and this years EUBCE has been dedicated to it.

Philippe Mauguin, INRAE President, e-EUBCE General Chair, introduces the new virtual EUBCE, underlining the challenge that we have to face after COVID-19 to safeguard environment and society, putting in the centre of the debate the issue of the sustainability of the bioeconomy. See his message.
