Student: maximum age 30. PhD Student: maximum age 35
Full time students only. Requires proof of status, i.e. either a copy of a valid 2017-2018 student ID card or an official letter from the educational institution, confirming that the registrant is a full-time student at the time of the event. A valid document, showing the date of birth. This document should be uploaded during the registration process. Without this document, EUBCE reserves the right to proceed with regular registration and to charge the corresponding registration fee.

1-day registration fee allows you to attend the event just for the day selected at the moment of registration.

Registration fee includes: Admittance to the Exhibition, Welcome Reception (on Monday only – 1 invitation). Does NOT include access to any conference sessions.

Speaker/Poster Presenter registration

A registration fee is associated with the EUBCE so please note that acceptance of your abstract into the conference programme, whether as plenary, oral or as visual presentation does not automatically register yourself in the conference. Speakers and Poster Presenters benefit from preferential registration fees. Invitation to register will be sent by the Conference Secretariat. If you register with the reduced fees and later cancel your presentation, EUBCE reserves the right to charge the full amount for your registration. For more information, please contact:

Registration confirmation

You will receive your registration confirmation by e-mail once you have completed your online registration. Please print confirmation of payment and bring it with you to the welcome desk.
If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find the confirmation e-mail, please contact the Registration Secretariat at

Group registration

For a group registration a discount will be applied as described in the table below. To qualify for a group registration, all passes must be purchased at the same time and paid in one transaction using one form of payment. Please note that participant’s contact details (full name, company name, address, country and email address) are mandatory for the name list submission.

Invitation letter/VISA Requirements

An invitation letter will only be provided to participants who have registered and paid the required registration fees in full. Participants who need an official invitation letter in order to obtain a visa should fill the VISA online form.

Please note that EUBCE will not be able to contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office on behalf of a participant. The invitation letter does not financially obligate EUBCE in any way. All expenses incurred in relation to the event and to obtaining a visa are the sole responsibility of the participant. EUBCE does not accept any responsibility for travel, accommodation and/or other costs incurred due to the rejection of a participant’s visa application.

Invitation letters are sent by e-mail. If original invitation letters are required, please note that they will be sent by regular mail. In case an express delivery is needed, the participant shall arrange pick-up of the document on his/her own and will be responsible for all associated costs. EUBCE does not assume any costs for express delivery.

EUBCE will grant visa invitation letters up to three weeks prior to the event date. Within three weeks to the event date visa invitation letters cannot be guaranteed.

Should the VISA application be denied or not approved in time to attend the event, EUBCE will refund the full registration fee if and only the participant provides the EUBCE Registration Secretariat with an official document from the concerned Embassy/Consulate rejecting the visa and that the application was submitted in due time. Please note that a notification sent to EUBCE after the event will not be accepted.

Badges and material may be picked up onsite at the venue.


From 4th May 2018 onwards, payments will be possible via credit card only.

In case of cancellation of the registration before 6th  March 2018, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. No refunds are possible thereafter.
