We are happy with the large number of abstracts submitted so far. The submissions demonstrate that the interest in biomass keeps on growing. The abstracts cover a wide variety of interesting results and insights in science, technology, finances, policies and markets, supporting all major future energy scenarios that forecast a key role for biomass.
We have received abstracts from more than 60 different countries, representing all regions in the world and the 28th EUBCE in Marseille will be a unique global platform to share with your experts the latest insight and development in science, technology, finances, policies and markets.
The abstracts are currently being reviewed and scored by the EUBCE International Programme Committees made up of more than 160 leading research and industry experts coordinated by Dr. Nicolae Scarlat, European Commission, Joint Research Centre, Directorate for Energy, Transport and Climate, with the support of Kyriakos Maniatis, European Commission DG ENER, Industry Committee Coordinator.
All authors will be informed on the outcome of their abstracts in December. The full programme will be available on the EUBCE website by mid-February 2020.
